Listening to Our Customers

As part of Solenis’ 360° customer-centric approach, understanding and acting on customer feedback is critical to ensuring we align with their needs, identify service gaps, and develop clarity on areas of strength. Throughout all Solenis business units, our Voice of Customer (VOC) process includes a variety of methods—Net Promoter Score (NPS) studies, in-depth research across corporate accounts, and our automated global survey tool via Salesforce, available in 18 languages. This multilingual capability enables broader global feedback and deeper customer experience insights.

Each business unit deploys one or more of these approaches to collect quantitative and qualitative feedback that drives continuous improvement. We also capture insights through one-to-one interviews, social media listening, and customer support interactions, enabling us to gather input from multiple touchpoints across the customer journey.

Although VOC methods across Solenis and Diversey may use different measurements or scales, maintaining consistency over time allows us to track progress effectively and make informed decisions. For example, our Pool Solutions business focuses on an NPS program with dealer channel customers. These customer satisfaction metrics help this team prioritize actions and enhance overall service performance. As a result of these efforts, their NPS scores have improved from +31 in 2022, increasing to +36 in 2023 and in 2024 reaching +51.

The Solenis Sustainability Award celebrates customer projects that deliver verifiable environmental and operational benefits, reinforcing our commitment to measurable sustainability progress. Over a 12-month period, these initiatives have successfully reduced water and energy consumption, minimized waste, lowered greenhouse gas emissions, and optimized raw material use—all while enhancing business efficiency. 

Through our ValueAdvantage™ Partner Program, we collaborate with customers to quantify, document, and accelerate sustainability improvements. This award serves as more than just recognition—it highlights real-world solutions that drive industry-wide change and inspire best practices across sectors.
